Loan Samples
We have loan samples for a number of duvet designs.
There is a cost of $15 per Pillow case sample, which includes return postage. We supply postal return bags.
The loan time is 4 days, excluding postage time.
If the sample is not returned within 10 days the full cost of the Pillow
case sample will be processed on the card.
Ordering
Once you have selected a product, from the website, that you wish to purchase, please fill out your Name, Address, Telephone number etc in
the appropriate boxes.
All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars.
Payment options are either by Visa or Mastercard.
If you prefer to make a direct payment using Internet banking please
email us and we will advise account details.
New Zealand Delivery times.
We dispatch goods either from our store or directly from our suppliers.
Duvet covers, duvet inners, bedspreads and underlays take approximately 5 working days to be delivered.
Overseas delivery times.

Economy courier 5 working days
Duvet covers, duvet inners, bedspreads, underlays:
- DUVET COVERS
- Freight is free on orders over $100.00
- If your order is under $100.00 a post and packaging charge of $10 applies.
- DUVET INNERS, UNDERLAYS, BEDSPREADS
- Freight free on orders over $175
- If your order is under $175 A post and packaging charge of $20 applies.

Over-seas sales
We welcome overseas enquiries. Please fill in order details - Name, address, etc, leave out Credit card details, submit and we will then advise you of the cost of post and packaging.

Insurance
Goods are insured up to $250
All orders over $250 there is an insurance fee of $15
This also includes Track & trace.
Return policy
We do not send out goods on approval.
We have made every endeavour to get colours of products as close as possible to the actual product colour.
We will not be held responsible and will not replace or credit any product due to variation of colour.
Warranty
In the unfortunate event that goods are genuinely faulty, please advise us by email or fax immediately on receipt of the goods.
We will then advise you on how/where to return the faulty item and arrange replacement.
Returned good must be securely packaged and clearly addressed.
Warranty applies only to New Zealand sales.
